Return, Cancellation & Refund Policy

 

Cancellations

Orders are normally dispatched within 24 hours.

If your order has already left our warehouse, we can no longer assist you with a cancellation for your order.

If you wish to cancel your order, please submit a cancellation request via email at admin@itemsforless.co 

Your cancellation request must include the following information: 

• Your order number.
• The name and email address/phone number used to place the order.

 

Please note that due to privacy and security reasons, we can only process a cancellation request sent to us at admin@itemsforless.co

Cancellation requests cannot be submitted by phone, social media or alternative email addresses.

Returns
We would accept returns if you notify us via email at admin@itemsforless.co

Make sure to contact us within 30 days after your package has been delivered (according to the tracking information provided on our website or by email).

If 30 days have gone by since your package has been delivered, we would not be able to offer you a refund.

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that it was in when you received it.

It must also be in the original packaging.

What CANNOT be returned:

• Seasonal goods
• Intimate or sanitary goods
• Health and personal care items

 

The following information is needed to process your request:

• Your order number.
• The name and email address/phone number used to place the order.
• Reasons for return.

 

Please send the above information to us via email at admin@itemsforless.co 

Our RMA team will provide you with an RMA form which needs to be added to the returning package.

Without this form, we are not able to identify and process your return.

 

As we are an international company and ship our orders worldwide, we have set up regional returns center. When our customer service has received and processed your return request we will provide you an RMA form and return address.

Please be reminded that returns are made at the customer’s cost.
ItemsForLess.co will compensate the cost for the return shipping fees with store credit up to €10.

Please note that we are not liable for any parcel lost during its return shipment to us.

Refunds
Once your cancellation has successfully been processed, or your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you about your refund.

Your refund will be processed to your original method of payment, within 2-3 working days.

Alternatively, we can offer the value as store credit for our website.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, here are the steps you can take:

• Check your bank or PayPal balance again (transactions may have been delayed).
• Contact your credit card company (it may take some time before your refund is officially posted, as it may take up to 3-5 business days for them to process the credit, and some banks process the refund within 14 working days in some countries).
• Contact your bank (check the processing time before a refund is posted).
